The Challenge

To refurbish two floors of a commercial building in central London totaling 2514sqm. Six of eight floors were occupied. Consideration for noise and disruption whilst other floors were operational during the refurbishment works.

The Solution

To modernise two office floors which required refurbishment at the end of tenancy. This included new lighting, heating, air conditioning, decoration and toilet upgrade.

The Benefits

The office floors have been designed to allow for flexible and efficient space planning and have been constructed to a high specification with a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and the design of the building and services systems provide occupiers with reduced whole life costs and a high degree of flexibility in use.
