The Challenge
To carry out a Design & Build CAT B Fit out within an occupied building to a high-level standard that would be fitting to a well renowned Law firm such as Baker McKenzie. To create a workable programme to accommodate the client’s requirements which included continual awareness of personnel access and egress, noisy work restrictions and use of goods lift during busy client periods.
The Solution
SLG design team created a concept design to both fit within the client’s style, expectations and budget, utilising the clients project fit out guideline booklet and utilising our adaptable workforce. A true understanding of the client’s requirements was obtained which led to a workable programme that allowed the project to be delivered seamlessly and on time.
